How will we receive my pictures?
They will be delivered as high-resolution digital images (.JPEG) on a CD or DVD and printed proofs will be delivered to you in a coffee table 'preview book'. They are yours to keep.

When will we get our disk and preview book?
We have a relatively quick turnaround time and you can expect your proofs to be generally ready within four weeks and no longer than six weeks (during 'peak' wedding season).

Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes! Once you have collected your package inclusions, Studio Zanetti will upload your images to a password-protected online gallery so that you may access them easily once and also pass the link along to friends and relatives and they may also order prints online.

What do your packages include?
We have a variety of packages to suit different tastes and budgets. They include multimedia slideshows, high resolution images, matted prints, loose enlargements, a 'proof' CD of all images that we shot, thank-you cards, canvas prints, art-framed prints, and albums.

What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of albums, both classic and contemporary, flush-mount albums; matted albums, parent albums, as well as elegant ASUKA coffee-table albums with leather covers, presentation boxes, and other special accessories.

Do you create custom albums?
Yes! , you may choose a custom layout we have on board a creative graphic artists, to create the one-of-a-kind album.

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-colouring and toning?
Our studio staff includes highly skilled graphic artists who are expert in photo retouching, so we can do virtually anything you can imagine. Our team can remove tattos, blemishes and even whiten teeth with affordable costs. And there is no additional charge for sepia, black and white or 'spot' colour.

When will we receive our completed album or pictures?
It takes approximately six weeks after the go-ahead is given for production to complete your album.
